My name is Sammie Dolloff and I am from Hunterdon County, New Jersey. In May of 2022, I graduated from Villanova University, where I earned a B.S. degree in Biology with a concentration in Health and Medical Ethics. My university experiences fostered my passion for research in all things wildlife, behavior, and animals! Since graduation, I have worked across biological industries including government pest-control research, pharmaceutical toxicology, veterinary care and lab animal husbandry.

My various career titles in multiple industries shaped my desire to pursue a doctoral degree. In the Fall of 2024, I am beginning my Ph.D. at Drexel University in biology in Dr. Sean O'Donnell's lab studying ant biology and behavior.
